You know we have new expansion in sight, right? I'm JFA, promoter of GU Masters, and I want to give you the most relevant details of Guardians of Elderym (GoE), an expansion that promises to revitalize the meta and offer new strategic dimensions for all players.

Discovering Guardians of Elderym
As indicated in the Official Guardians of Elderym Buying Guide, this expansion introduces a total of 76 new cards (not counting linked cards) in the Gods Unchained universe, designed to enrich your collection and offer unprecedented possibilities for deck building. Among these new features are 7 high-impact Legendary cards and 6 exclusive Mythic Variants (one per domain).
Gods Unchained is a pioneering web3 game and continues to reach new milestones. Although there is no asset interoperability between Gods unchained and Guild of Guardians yet, this expansion is a crossover between both Immutable games, that are set in the same universe. This collaboration integrates characters and elements from the Elderym universe into Faenar, expanding the game's narrative and giving you a unique experience.
Balance Period and New Mechanics
After the launch of GoE, a 4-week period to monitor the balance of the meta., with a possible extension of an additional 4 weeks. During this time, the design team will be able to adjust any imbalances that arise to ensure a fair and fun gaming experience; As you know, Bryn Welch's strategy is to avoid changes to the cards unless they are essential, so that you don't expect big "scares". Once this process is complete, the expansion will be "locked" and no new changes will be applied to your cards.
Guardians of Elderym revolves around synergies between Guardians and their Pets, and introduces a new mechanic called "Level Up". Cards with this keyword unlock an effect once a certain amount of mana has been consumed while on the board.
Discounts with Divine Tithings
The mechanics of Divine Tithings is back with Guardians of Elderym. This will allow us to enjoy a One-time discount on one purchase every time we destroy cards from certain expansions. It's a good option to "recycle" cards that we don't use and make it easier to acquire Guardians of Elderym packs.

Types of envelopes available
This expansion offers three options:
- Booster Pack: priced at $1.99, this pack contains 6 cards with the standard rarity distribution. There will be a maximum supply of 30,000 units.
- Premium Pack: by $19.99, this pack guarantees a Legendary card and a chance to get a Mythic Variant. Availability will be limited to 3,000 units.
- Shiny Pack: Aimed at collectors and gamers looking for exclusivity, this envelope costs $199.99. Guarantees cards with minimal quality Shadow and Epic rarity or higher, plus a chance to earn a Mythic Variant. Only 600 units of this type of envelope will be issued.
Cosmetic Items and Mythic Variants
In addition to cards, this expansion brings with it Unique cosmetic elements and coveted Mythic Variants of some of the featured Legendary cards.
The Sealed Rewards are updated with this new expansion with four levels: Common, Rare, Epic, and the elusive Heroic, which is reached with the rounds of 7 wins. Each Heroic Pack is a chance to get the Mythic Variant of Lia, exclusive to this game mode. There will also be three new trinkets only available in Sealed: Skeleton Assassin, Water Elemental and Wraith.
In recognition of the Collectors, anyone who completes the expansion will get the trinket Lava Spider (one for each set completed, mixed qualities are accepted).
The exclusive Mythic Variant of Phoenicia will be awarded based on envelope spend: for every $1,000, you get a boelto to get your hands on this coveted card.
Battle Pass Season IV joins the party!
The Season IV of the Gods Unchained Battle Pass it also joins the Guardians of Elderym party, since it will allow us to get cards from this new expansion as we progress.
