Registration for the tournament will begin in less than a month, so There's no time to waste . I'm JFA, promoter of GU Masters, and I encourage you to find out. Just keep reading, but I remind you that you will find the official announcement of the event on the official Infinite Mana website: "Announcing Infinite Mana League S3: Gatekeepers" .
Infinite Mana League S3: Gatekeepers is here
According to the infinite Mana team, the decision to announce this tournament in advance is due to a desire to offer the community a exciting event during a relatively quiet period for Gods Unchained .
The last major open tournament took place in May 2023, and since then, 8M has experienced enormous success. Season 1 of the MMR ladder will conclude at the end of August and the Top 16 players from the MMR rankings will be invited to participate in the Infinite Mana League Season 3 tournament. These players will receive an automatic place in the top 32, which will grant them several advantages, such as skipping rounds 256-64 and being just one round away from entering the guaranteed prize spots.
To be eligible to enter the Top 16 of the MMR Rankings, players must have a profile as complete as possible in infinitemana.gg . This is crucial for tournament organizers to contact them and ensure they can participate. Players should check if their account is linked correctly by checking if an icon and flag appear next to their name on the leaderboard. This should not be taken lightly, as players with incomplete profiles or unlinked accounts may lose the opportunity to compete in the tournament.
Weren't you aware of this ranking prepared by Infinite Mana? Do not worry The last phases of the season present an opportunity for the laggards . While matchmaking in Gods Unchained is not based on MMR, but rather on player rank, a good winning streak will decisively boost a player's MMR rating.
Wondering why Infinite Mana has gone to the trouble of developing its own MMR Rating system? Its objective is to provide a long-term perspective of the best performing players in Ranked Constructed , as this system eliminates the drawbacks of a weekly reset, as seen in the current ELO format of Gods Unchained. The Infinite Mana team says that while no system is perfect, it has already proven its worth in identifying emerging talent and giving players an extra incentive to play and excel in Gods Unchained. You can check the ranking through this link: Ranking MMR Infinite Mana .
