After the precedent of the first edition of El Cónclave, the meeting of Gods Unchained players in Spain organized by GU Masters, the time has come to launch its second edition, which had to be postponed at the time. Because we want more and better.

What is The Conclave?
The Conclave is a In-person meeting of Gods Unchained players organized by JFA, from GU Masters. The first edition has been valued very positively by the attendees, as reflected in this report: "Chronicle of The Conclave – April 2024" .
The objective of this event remains the same: it is about promoting socialization around this shared hobby, always in an atmosphere of Camaraderie and learning . Virtual communication is formidable, but there's no substitute for face-to-face contact.

Who is it for?
Have you discovered Gods Unchained recently? Have you been playing for years? It doesn't matter. If you are interested in Gods Unchained and are of legal age, you are welcome . International participants are also welcome, but the "lingua franca" of the event will be Spanish.
When?
This edition of The Conclave will take place on Saturday, March 22, 2025 , from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a stop for lunch.
Where?
It will be held in Madrid , at a location yet to be confirmed, as it will depend on the number of attendees.
The first edition was held at The Small House CoWorKing (C/ de Sánchez Barcáiztegui, 36, Retiro, 28007 Madrid) and, if we do not exceed 12 attendees (which is the maximum capacity of that location), it is likely that we will repeat in the same place.
Agenda
The agenda of activities is still open, but It is expected :
- Reception of attendees.
- Opening – Opening of the day (5 minutes).
- Icebreaker (20 minutes).
- Closed tournament all against all (Round Robin). In principle, the best of a game so that we do not go on forever.
- Fellowship meal.
- Live broadcast in the afternoon, which will include trivia about GU on stream (25 minutes).
- Closure.

Proposals? Suggestions? They will always be welcome, since making the Conclave a success is everyone's business .
Inscriptions
The available places will be assigned in strict order of registration (that which English speakers describe as first come first served ). Please note that the capacity will be limited to the capacity of the venue, so the way to guarantee you a place is to register as soon as possible.
The Registration deadline to have a guaranteed place will be the February 28 . If you can't register before that date, you have the possibility of trying later, but it will all depend on whether there are any vacancies or if there is a last-minute withdrawal.
No one is going to profit from the organization of this event, but it is necessary to cover the rental costs of the premises among all the participants. The registration deadline will be the aforementioned Friday, February 28, 2025 and said registration will not be considered formalized if it is not accompanied by the corresponding payment. At the moment An approximate cost of €25 per participant is estimated in terms of renting the premises (but we will try to reduce it... in fact, in the first edition we managed to lower that amount) and it is planned to be done in ETH or $GODS layer 2 (Immutable X). This amount It will not be refundable in any case because the reservation of the premises is not.

Image rights
The event organizer will take pictures and record videos during the event , and the participants consent to its public dissemination exempt from the payment of image rights by any means, always within the framework of the dissemination of the event. If for any reason you prefer not to be photographed or videotaped, it is essential that you indicate it at the time of registration. Thus, all attendees will be informed.

Description of the plan:
- Meeting location: The Small House CoWorking (C/ Sanchez Barcaiztegui, 36 – Bajo A, escalera 3). When you enter the portal, take a corridor on the right and continue until the end.
- Nearest metro stops: Conde de Casal (line 6) and Pacífico (Line 1).
- Nearest level crossings on the M30 (black arrows). The one in the north leads to the A3, in that section it has a sidewalk and pedestrian crossing.
- In orange, the closest area to park on the street without paying. It is the Puente de Vallecas district, known by everyone as Vallecas (not to be confused with Villa de Vallecas or Ensanche de Vallevas, which are much further away).
Clarification: from the area of C/ Pico Clavero to the coworking space it is about 20 minutes walking, through the level crossing to the A3. In any case, Google Maps makes a fairly approximate calculation of any route (itinerary and time, either on foot or by public transport).
Code of Conduct
All participants are responsible for the Conclave taking place in an atmosphere of camaraderie. A behavior is expected respectful, constructive and cordial, in which anyone feels included. In the event that a participant does not respect these simple guidelines, they will be expelled immediately and will not have the possibility of participating again in future editions of The Conclave.
